V-Connect partners with government and under-resourced schools to help connect their genuine educational needs with compassionate donors and volunteers.

Before a school is listed on the V-Connect platform, our team carries out a simple verification process ensuring that every request shared with the public is authentic, transparent, and impactful.

Once verified, schools become part of the V-Connect network and can regularly submit their requirements for books, stationery, uniforms, footwear, classroom resources, sports equipment, and other educational essentials.

Our Verification Process

Step 1 – Submit an Application

Complete the online application below with your school’s details and the contact information of the authorized representative. You may contact us directly at 78791-67711 in case you want us to visit and complete verification as well.

Step 2 – Initial Review

Our team reviews the application and may contact the school to understand its requirements better.

Step 3 – School Visit

A VolunTeens volunteer or coordinator will visit the school to:

  • Verify the school’s details
  • Understand current challenges
  • Interact with teachers and school management
  • Assess immediate and long-term requirements
  • Capture photographs (with permission)

Step 4 – Approval

Once verified, the school becomes an official V-Connect Partner School.

The school receives access to regularly submit verified requirements for publication on the V-Connect platform.

Eligibility

Schools applying should preferably:

  • Be Government Schools
  • Be Government-Aided Schools
  • Be NGO-run Educational Institutions
  • Serve economically disadvantaged communities

Private schools may also be considered where there is a demonstrated need.
