Volunteens is dedicated to making education more accessible through impactful initiatives. Our NCERT Book Drive is at the heart of our mission, ensuring that underprivileged students receive the essential textbooks they need for academic success. As each school year ends, we set up collect previous year’s NCERT books from students as donations, which are then carefully recorded and distributed to government school students who lack access to these resources.
Beyond the NCERT Book Drive, we also organise regular book donation drives, encouraging the contribution of storybooks, reference materials, and educational guides. These efforts help foster a culture of learning and curiosity among young minds.
Through these initiatives, Volunteens not only promotes sustainability by reusing books but also creates a support system for students in need, ensuring that financial constraints don’t stand in the way of education.

Who can join Volunteens?
All teens aged 14-18 are welcome to join Volunteens! Simply head over to the ‘Join Us’ section on our website or click the form link in our Instagram bio. Fill out the form and await your interview to become an official member or confirm your membership!
How can I contribute if I’m not a member?
You can support Volunteens by donating books for our book drives, spreading awareness, or volunteering for specific events when opportunities arise. If you’re unable to commit as a full-time member, you can also join as a Volunteer Volunteen by helping out at events, spreading awareness, or supporting our book drives!
How can I donate books?
You can drop off your books to your school representatives within our associated school during the book drive period or you can fill out the form by heading over to the ‘donate books’ section on our website or click the link in our Instagram bio. We accept NCERT textbooks from the previous academic year as well as general reading books.
